Singapore Local Delivery Rates & Timelines

All standard local deliveries within Singapore are processed and delivered within 2 to 3 business days. A flat delivery fee of $5.00 applies to orders under $70, while orders totaling $70 and above qualify for complimentary standard delivery.

Orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding Singapore Public Holidays). During festive seasons, major sales events, or new collection launches, order processing may require an additional 2 to 3 business days. We appreciate your patience as our team handles every parcel with utmost care.

Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details and courier link will be sent to your registered email address. Please double-check your shipping address and contact number prior to checkout. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or after unsuccessful delivery attempts, a re-delivery fee of $5.00 will apply.

Delicate Artworks & Special Deliveries

For original paintings, fragile porcelain/ceramics, or large-format fine art prints, our team may contact you directly to coordinate specialized courier handling to guarantee safe transit.
