The Culture Story and The Red Pencil organised a unique pop-up art exhibition 'Art to Heart: A Charity Art Exhibition' in end April 2023 to raise funds for the provision of free or subsidised creative arts therapy services for the less privileged in Singapore.
Held at The Culture Story, Singaporean artist Kelly Ser was invited to donate a piece of artwork to support the cause. Kelly donated a previously unreleased piece titled 'One Degree North: Tanjong Pagar', of which a copy of it is available as a public artwork at Discover Tanjong Pagar (DTP) Green, a park next to Tanjong Pagar MRT station.
Over 40 artworks donated by more than 30 of Singapore's young and established artists were featured in the exhibition, which raised an incredible $94,000 for charity.
